Eve Carson Memorial 5k for Education

Brief Description
The Eve Carson Memorial 5K for Education is a fundraiser for the Eve Marie Carson Junior Year Merit Scholarship Fund which was established to provide a one year merit scholarship for Juniors at UNC. A third of the funds will also be split between FirstBook, an organization that distributes books to under privileged children, and Clyde Erwin Elementary School to support their literacy programming. We hope you will join us for run through the beautiful UNC campus in memory of Eve!

Check-in begins at 8am in Polk Place! Race begins at 10am on Cameron Avenue! Please bring books for our BOOK DRIVE at the event! If you'd like to make a donation to the Eve Marie Carson Junior Year Merit Scholarship, FirstBook or Clyde Erwin Elementary, please write a check to the organization and turn it in at the event. Tax deduction information will be included in your thank you letter. This is event is hosted by Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and Pi Beta Phi Sorority at UNC Chapel Hill.

$15 pre-registration, $20 on race day
