Triangle Fitness 5k

5k-All individuals interested in and able to run/or walk the course.

Location
Kernersville, NC. Triangle Fitness From I-40 Business from the East take, the second Kernersville exit, turn right off the exit. From the West take the first Kernersville exit and take a left this street is Main Street. Go to Old Winston Rd, the first stop light. Take a left, appox. 1 mile on left.

Entry Fees
5k
$15.00 - Pre registration (Deadline - Aug 10th)
$ 20.00 - After Aug. 15 and day of race

Entry Fee Includes (First 150 paid runners)
Custom designed T-shirt for 5k runners, post race refreshments, awards, and door prize drawings. All this is from the Kernersville Running Club and Triangle Fitness and its sponsors.

Awards
5k trophies will be awarded as follows:
Overall: Top male and top female finishers.

Age Group Prizes For Male/Female 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44,45-49, 50-54,55-59, 60-65, 66-69, 70 +

Award presentations and door prize drawings will be held immediately following the race and will not be mailed. You must be present to receive a door prize

Food, refreshments, and entertainment after the race.
